Program Description

Many patients with COPD continue to experience exacerbations despite available inhaled treatment options. Could opportunities for earlier identification and intervention help change the trajectory of disease?

This symposium will explore the evolving evidence landscape in COPD, from clinical trials to real-world effectiveness. Faculty will discuss the role of inflammation in exacerbation risk and review practical strategies to identify appropriate patients, support earlier intervention and help prevent future exacerbations.
